An impedance transformer (9:1) to feed a high impedance, end fed half wave wire which is likely to be a few hundred ohms, and transform it into something closer to a 50Ω (unbalanced) coaxial input. 10 watts

This is a unun ( unbalanced to unbalanced ) transmission line transformer designed to match 450Ω  to 50Ω .

It has a constant impedance transformation ratio of 9:1 from 1.81 MHz to 30MHz.
